Job summary

TurboDebt is expanding its remote team and seeks motivated professionals to guide clients through enrollment while managing live inbound calls. No cold calling or door knocking; inbound leads are provided. Expect flexible schedules, evenings/weekends, and 8-hour shifts within Eastern hours. Base pay starts at $32,240 with uncapped commissions driving total compensation.

This is a full-time remote role across multiple states, with opportunities for growth and ongoing coaching from leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication.
• Remote work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Coachable and growth-oriented in a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach
• Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to confidently guide conversations
• Build trust quickly and guide clients through our enrollment process
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity
• Follow our structured process designed to close on the first call
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Collaborate with managers and leadership for ongoing coaching and development
