Job summary

Yelp is hiring an Inbound Sales Retention Specialist to support and retain our small business advertisers. This remote role requires residence in the Western US and offers a Saturday-Wednesday schedule with PST/your-timezone hours.

Partial remote setup, full-time, with a base salary of $50,000 plus performance incentives and comprehensive benefits. You’ll join a fast-paced team focused on superior customer success and long-term advertiser value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of client-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen Yelp’s revenue retention through exceptional customer support.
• Consult and educate advertisers via inbound queues.
• Highlight investment returns using ad performance metrics.
• Handle escalated clients with effective listening and conflict resolution.
