Job summary

Yelp is hiring an Inbound Sales Retention Specialist to support, consult, and retain our small business advertisers from a remote position within the Western United States. You will handle inbound queues, demonstrate ROI, and maintain strong relationships with Yelp advertisers while meeting monthly targets.

The role requires a Saturday-Wednesday schedule, PST/your timezone hours, and a base salary of $50,000 plus performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant client facing experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound sales retention and 5-star customer support for Yelp advertisers.
• Consult and educate advertisers, highlighting ROI through ad performance metrics.
• Meet monthly goals and manage conversations with business owners professionally.
