Job summary

Yelp is seeking a focused Inbound Sales Retention Specialist to support, consult, and retain small business advertisers. This full-time role operates remotely with a West US residency requirement and a Saturday-Wednesday schedule.

You will handle inbound calls, demonstrate ad value through performance metrics, and work toward monthly goals using Yelp tools. A Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of client-facing experience are welcomed, with competitive compensation including incentives.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and timely customer support to Yelp advertisers.
• Manage inbound phone queue, consult and educate current Yelp advertisers.
• Demonstrate ad value by showcasing investment returns through performance metrics.
• Handle escalated clients with strong listening and conflict resolution.
• Become expert in Yelp ads solutions and tailor recommendations to client needs.
