• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client facing experience
• Technically proficient with computers and information systems
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
• Love for local businesses and understand their importance in local economies
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to track and complete numerous details
• Ability to handle tough conversations with business owners professionally
• Balance between consulting and supporting as needed
• Willingness to receive and implement feedback
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Need for a hardline high-speed internet connection in workspace (no satellite/mobile)

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide exceptional customer support for advertisers
• Consult and educate Yelp advertisers via phone queue to strengthen revenue retention
• Demonstrate ROI of Yelp advertising through performance metrics
• Manage escalated client scenarios with strong listening and resolution skills
• Recommend Yelp advertising solutions and adapt to client needs
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals
• Utilize Chatbench to research, draft proposals, analyze data, and overcome objections
