Job summary

Yelp is hiring a Customer Success Inbound Sales Retention Specialist to support, consult, and retain our advertisers remotely while residing in the Western region of the United States. The role follows a Saturday-Wednesday schedule with specific PST/your-timezone hours and a base salary of $50,000 plus incentives.

You will provide proactive support, educate clients on ad performance, and drive revenue retention while balancing fast-paced, data-driven responsibilities and ongoing feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of client-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and timely customer support to advertisers.
• Consult and educate Yelp advertisers via inbound phone queue.
• Show clients the value of Yelp through ad performance metrics.
• Handle escalations with strong listening and conflict resolution.
• Become an expert in Yelp advertising solutions and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Stay organized and meet monthly goals.
• Use Chatbench to research, draft proposals, analyze data, and overcome objections.
