Job summary

MCI is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote position. Responsibilities include documenting customer orders accurately, utilizing training and knowledge, and adhering to company protocols to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
• Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious).
• Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
