Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance coverages and products. Training includes paid licensing, with 16–18 weeks depending on licensing status, and a remote work setup with equipment provided.

A base salary plus commissions offers strong earning potential. Applicants must obtain a Property & Casualty license after hire, with initial training and support from day one.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to convert sales.
