Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance solutions. You will complete paid training, including licensing for Property & Casualty, in a remote work setup.

Starting base salary is $45K with growth opportunities; average earnings range $55K–$75K, with top performers earning $85K+ based on commissions and performance. A flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to convert sales.
• Consult customers on their insurance needs and match coverages.
• License required after hire; paid training includes licensing.
• Work in remote environment with a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
