Job summary

A home-based service provider in South Valley is seeking experienced individuals for a customer service role as Independent Contractors for their Winter Campaign Project. Candidates will take inbound calls primarily for donations, requiring prior telephone experience, typing proficiency, and excellent communication skills. Certification starts October 15th, 2015, and positions will continue through late December. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher.
• Strong listening skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and take inbound calls.
• Complete the certification process within 14 days of acceptance.
• Work with minimal supervision and demonstrate call control.
