Job summary

A leading customer service firm is seeking experienced customer service professionals for an upcoming Winter Campaign Project. As an Independent Contractor, you'll answer inbound calls from enthusiastic clients and must possess at least 6 months of telephone experience. Candidates should have a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and demonstrate self-motivation and strong communication skills. This is a work-from-home opportunity with a certification process lasting no more than 14 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be self-directed and self-motivated.

Responsibilities
