Job summary

A leading Work-At-Home company is seeking experienced customer service professionals for a Winter Campaign Project starting the last week of November. As an Independent Contractor, you will assist with inbound calls for various non-profit organizations. Candidates must have at least 6 months of telephone experience and a typing speed of 40 WPM or higher. Certification for the project begins October 15th, 2015, and those interested should be motivated to complete the certification process within 14 days of acceptance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must demonstrate call control.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from client’s enthusiastic callers.
• Participate in certification for the Winter Project set to begin on October 15th, 2015.
