Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Moderate level of computer knowledge required.
• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher.
• Must complete the entire certification process within 14 days of acceptance.

Responsibilities
