Job summary

American Specialty Health Incorporated seeks a Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Service-Clinical department. The primary function is to answer incoming calls from Providers, Members and Health Plans, assisting callers with benefit information and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months experience in customer service; inbound call center preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong verbal communication.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems during a single interaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls in a professional, timely manner.
• Record information in ASH proprietary systems and look up caller details.
• Provide accurate information and escalate when needed.
• Meet minimum key job accountabilities for the role.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
