Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking agents to handle inbound calls from customers about goods and services. You will follow scripts, identify needs, research, and offer solutions while maintaining a helpful and professional attitude.

A BYOD setup and reliable home workspace are required. The role offers paid training, shift differential of $1/hour for nights and weekends, and standard shifts from 7:00am–9:00pm CST.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months customer service or customer support experience preferred.
• 3–6 months call center or office background experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be a quick learner and able to work independently.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• A background check will be required by state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Handle large volumes of inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Follow fixed scripts to address diverse topics.
• Identify customer needs, verify information, research, and offer solutions or alternatives.
• Access company resources to resolve calls accurately.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Switch between tasks smoothly without losing efficiency.
• Maintain punctuality and professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Be flexible to cross-train as needed.
