Five Star Solutions is seeking friendly agents to answer inbound calls from customers about goods and services, delivering high-quality service with a helpful, professional attitude.

This BYOD remote position supports clients on debit card incentives, orders and balances; work-at-home eligibility covers many states across the U.S. Michigan included, with shifts between 7:00am and 9:00pm CST.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–6 months customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Must be 18 years of age and pass state/federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow scripted responses for different topics.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Access company resources to accurately handle calls.
