A1 Garage Door Service is seeking an A1 Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound, to act as a liaison for customers, provide information, schedule service appointments, and collaborate to resolve issues with accuracy and efficiency. This remote role requires you to be based in a state we operate in, including TX, with a daily focus on customer satisfaction.

You will manage high call volumes, identify needs, and build trust through proactive communication, aiming to meet sales and service targets

Formación

• Be nice and professional in all interactions.
• Availability to work flexible hours 5:00am–9:30pm MST, including weekends.
• Minimum 12 months call center experience; upselling preferred.
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening.
• Solid knowledge of computer systems and software.
• Customer-focused with ability to adapt to different characters.
