A1 Garage Door Service is seeking an A1 Customer Engagement Specialist, Inbound. This remote role requires you to be based in NM and involves handling inbound calls, answering questions, and scheduling service appointments with a customer-first approach.

You will collaborate with teams to resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and strive to meet sales targets and call quotas while delivering excellent service to our customers across the United States.

Qualifications

• 12 months call center experience (minimum) or equivalent experience.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide accurate information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
