Job summary

A1 Garage Door Service seeks an inbound Customer Engagement Specialist to act as a liaison, provide product information, answer questions, schedule service appointments, and resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency. This is a remote position based in a state we operate (AZ, NM, OR, NV, CO, TX, MN, WI, OK, FL, TN, NC, MI, IN, OH, GA, ID, KS, MO, SC).

You should be organized, persuasive, and enjoy helping people.

Qualifications

• 12+ months call center experience
• Upselling experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
• Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools
• Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and account information
