You will resolve customer questions with accuracy and courtesy while representing the company remotely from any approved US state.

You must be organized, persuasive, and comfortable with problem-solving to meet personal and team targets. Strong communication and typing skills are essential for daily customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 12+ months call center or contact center experience.
• Typing 40 wpm or faster.
• Able to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
