A1 Garage Door Service is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist (Inbound) to act as a liaison with customers, provide product and service information, schedule appointments, and resolve issues with accuracy and empathy.

The role is remote but based in Idaho or a state we operate in; you will manage inbound calls, maintain records, and meet personal and team targets using our CRM tools. Strong communication, problem solving, and reliable, respectful behavior are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ months call center experience, upselling preferred.
• Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and software; ability to learn new tools.
