Qualifications

• 1 year of call center experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must reside in Washington DC.
• High-speed internet with minimum speeds.
• A quiet home workspace free of distractions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume call load, typically 60–80 calls per day.
• Represent MTM Health professionally as the frontline contact.
