Qualifications

• Must reside in Washington DC.
• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing and computer skills.
• High-speed Internet with minimum speeds (3 Mbps upload, 30 Mbps download).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Expect 60–80 calls per day with higher volumes on Mondays.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
