Job summary

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Connecticut.
• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• High speed Internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps, download speed of 30 mbps).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities.
• Manage 60 - 80 calls a day.
• Possess excellent navigational skills on the computer.
