Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Sales Manager for In Store, to lead regional Account Executives and drive sales growth with restaurant partners. You will hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, while aligning with regional goals.

This role is remote with travel to key markets in the US and Canada. You will partner with cross-functional teams, coach front-line sellers, and help scale the sales motion as the business expands in the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in sales leadership positions with SaaS, SMB tech or restaurant sales.
• Proven track record of building and growing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong success in meeting or exceeding strategic sales goals.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support restaurant partners.

Responsibilities
