Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Sales Manager for our In Store business to lead a regional team of Account Executives, drive performance, and shape the growth of our restaurant partnerships across the US. You will hire, coach, and performance-manage talent while building an inclusive, high-morale environment.

This is an early-stage role that will help scale our sales motion globally and reports to the Senior Manager, Sales - In Store.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in sales leadership positions with experience in SaaS, SMB tech or restaurant sales.
Track record of building and growing a high-performing sales team.
Consistently achieved and overperformed on strategic sales goals.
Committed to leading with empathy and effective communication.
Eager to contribute to DoorDash's growth and culture in the US.
Experience working with restaurants and hospitality groups.
Able to work with a cross-functional team and ensure smooth transitions for new partners.
Comfortable with Salesforce, Google Suite and general data analysis.
