Job summary

ClearCaptions is seeking a Territory Training & Sales Manager to install and train customers in their homes, focusing on seniors. The role emphasizes building relationships with retirement communities and care providers, while generating referrals and educating customers about our caption services.

The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is fully remote with travel within the territory; base salary is $45k with an uncapped upside, and total earnings target of $75k–$80k+.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or business-to-business sales.
• Experience working with seniors or aging populations prioritized.
• Willing to travel extensively by car; some air travel.
• Ability to install and train customers on equipment.
• Proficient with MS Office and internet use.

Responsibilities

• Install ClearCaptions devices and train customers on features.
• Educate customers on using the phone and services.
• Build relationships with retirement communities and local groups.
• Create, attend and educate consumers at Senior Events and other events.
• Generate leads and referrals from care providers and community partners.
• Maintain inventory and Salesforce records for the territory.
• Travel locally and occasionally out of state to cover the territory.
