Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Remote Home Based BCBA with a capped caseload and sign-on bonus. The role offers $100,000 - $130,000 per year plus bonus potential and a flexible, client-centered schedule. You will work in-home, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and use data-driven practices across multiple service areas.

We value strong clinical oversight, autonomy in your practice, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team. Travel within a defined local radius is expected.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience in home-based ABA preferred.
• Ability to travel within a local radius.
• Excellent communication with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) in the home setting.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs in the field.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and ongoing guidance.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Ensure consistency and quality of care across home-based services.
