Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing clinical team delivering ABA services to children and adolescents. This hybrid role blends clinic and home-based work with telehealth supervision as clinically appropriate.

You will design and oversee individualized ABA programs, manage your own caseload, and supervise staff while collaborating with families and professionals to ensure high-quality services.

Formación

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification (and applicable licensure).
• 3+ years ABA experience; 2+ years in supervisory roles.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs.
• Manage an assigned clinical caseload.
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
• Develop treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical documentation.
• Provide parent education, consultation, and training.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Managers.
• Monitor treatment implementation and clinical quality.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Participate in clinical meetings, staff training, and professional development.
