Job summary

Jobot is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for in-home services across multiple locations. This remote, home-based role offers a capped caseload, an unlimited PTO policy, and a sign-on bonus.

Travel within a defined local radius is expected and scheduling is flexible to meet client needs. We provide strong clinical oversight, ongoing guidance, and opportunities for growth into senior and leadership roles as you scale.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in home-based ABA preferred.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel locally.
• Strong communication with families and caregivers.
• Passion for hands-on, individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs in the home setting.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs in the field.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and ongoing guidance.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Ensure consistency and quality of care across home-based services.
