Jobot is hiring Remote Home Based BCBA with capped caseload and sign-on bonuses. Base salary ranges $100,000–$130,000 per year, plus performance bonuses.

The position focuses on in-home ABA services across multiple service areas, with responsibilities including FBAs, treatment planning, RBT supervision, and parent training. Travel within a local radius is required, with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience in home-based ABA preferred.
• Ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication with families and caregivers.
• Passion for hands-on, individualized care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs in the home setting.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs in the field.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and ongoing guidance.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Ensure consistency and quality of care across home-based services.
