Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to own import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams and brokers to keep operations accurate and efficient. You will build scalable tools, analyze data for risks and duty savings, and help ensure compliant import workflows across the business as Spreetail scales its ecommerce operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance and CBP forms.
• Strong analytical skills to identify documentation and duty calculation errors.
• Experience with PSCs and importer of record requirements.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and ability to build dashboards/automation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end import entry audits and maintain audit-ready records.
• Manage Post Summary Corrections, validate duties, monitor brokers.
• Support HTS classification accuracy and complex issues.
• Analyze data to identify compliance risks and develop tools for automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and data integrity.
