Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to own import entry audits, strengthen customs processes, and build scalable tools. You will collaborate with brokers, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient global trade operations.

You will analyze data to uncover risks, drive improvements, and reduce duty overspend. The role blends hands-on auditing with automation to support Spreetail's growth and international operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance and HTS classifications.
• Strong analytical skills to identify errors and quantify financial impact.
• Experience coordinating with brokers and importer of record requirements.
• Advanced spreadsheet and data-analysis capabilities to build reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own import entry audit process and maintain audit-ready records.
• Validate PSCs, monitor broker performance, and recover overpayments with Finance.
• Review HTS classifications and advise on complex issues.
• Develop dashboards, automation and tools to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customs processes.
