Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to own import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance, and partner with brokers, Finance, and cross-functional teams. The role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and scalable tools to support global trade operations.

You will work within Spreetail's flexible Work Your Way program, with options to work from home, in-office, or remotely, while maintaining strong compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance and CBP forms.
• Strong analytical skills with data accuracy focus.
• Experience coordinating with customs brokers and PSCs.
• Proficient in data analysis and building dashboards.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own import entry audits and fix discrepancies.
• Validate duty payments and monitor broker performance.
• Review HTS classifications and advise on issues.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for compliance.
• Collaborate across Transportation, Finance, Merchandising and brokers.
