Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to own import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance, and build scalable tools that improve data accuracy and reduce duty overspend. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customs brokers to ensure accurate HTS classifications, monitor broker performance, and drive continuous improvements in global trade operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance concepts including CBP forms and HTS classification.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to quantify financial impact and improve accuracy.
• Experience coordinating with customs brokers and managing PSCs for compliance.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and ability to build dashboards or automation.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem solving across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own import entry audits, review CBP documentation, identify discrepancies, drive corrective actions.
• Manage Post Summary Corrections and validate duty payments with broker collaboration.
• Support customs classification accuracy by reviewing HTS assignments and guidance on complex issues.
• Analyze import data to identify compliance risks and duty-savings opportunities, develop dashboards and tools.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers, and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
