Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to own import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance, and partner with brokers and cross-functional teams. You will develop scalable tools to improve data accuracy, reduce duty overspend, and support seamless global trade operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance and CBP processes.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain audit-ready records.
• Experience working with customs brokers and importer of record requirements.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience building dashboards.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own import entry audit process and resolve discrepancies.
• Validate PSCs, monitor broker performance, and recover overpayments.
• Review HTS assignments and advise on complex classification issues.
• Analyze data to identify compliance risks and opportunities for savings.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising to improve processes.
