Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to manage import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance, and drive scalable solutions that improve data accuracy and reduce duty overspend. You will work with cross-functional teams and brokers to ensure compliant, efficient global trade operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance concepts (CBP forms, valuation, country of origin)
• Strong analytical skills to identify documentation and duty calculation errors
• Experience with customs brokers and PSCs
• Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills for reports and dashboards
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving across teams

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end import entry audit process, review CBP docs, identify discrepancies, drive corrective actions, maintain audit-ready records.
• Manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs), validate duty payments, monitor broker performance, assist Finance to recover overpayments.
• Support customs classification accuracy by reviewing HTS assignments and guiding complex classification issues.
• Analyze import data to identify compliance risks, duty savings opportunities, and process improvements; develop dashboards, automation, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers, and cross-functional teams to improve customs processes and data integrity.
