Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to own import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance, and build scalable tools that improve data accuracy and support global trade operations.

You will collaborate with brokers and internal teams to reduce duty overspend, drive process improvements, and advance our ecommerce logistics and compliance capabilities across the US and abroad.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance and CBP requirements is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to identify documentation errors and quantify impact.
• Experience collaborating with brokers and internal teams on compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end import entry audit process, reviewing CBP documentation, identifying discrepancies, driving corrective actions, and maintaining audit-ready records.
• Manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs), validate duty payments, monitor broker performance, and partner with Finance to recover overpayments and ensure compliance.
• Support customs classification accuracy by reviewing HTS assignments, resolving discrepancies, and providing guidance on complex classification issues.
• Analyze import data to identify compliance risks, duty savings opportunities, and process improvements while developing dashboards, automation, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers, and other cross-functional teams to improve customs processes, documentation, and import data integrity.
