Job summary

Spreetail empowers brands with global ecommerce operations and logistics. We are seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to own import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance, and build scalable tools to enhance data accuracy and reduce duty overspend.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and customs brokers to ensure smooth global trade operations. You will manage classification accuracy, review HTS assignments, and analyze data for compliance risks and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance, including CBP Form 7501 and HTS classification.
• Ability to review and improve import entry audits and PSCs.
• Experience with data analysis, dashboards, and automation to improve accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own import entry audit process, validate CBP docs, identify discrepancies, drive corrective actions.
• Manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs) and monitor broker performance for compliance.
• Review HTS assignments and provide guidance on complex classification issues.
• Analyze import data to identify risks and savings opportunities, develop dashboards and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers, and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
