Job summary

Datarails is seeking a Customer Success Team Lead (Implementation) to guide a team of Implementation CSMs and ensure successful platform deployments for our customers. You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery, from planning to live handoff, while protecting sales-scoped hours and project timelines.

You’ll partner with sales, product, and other teams to improve the customer journey, share product feedback, and mentor team members in a fast-growing, remote environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience and/or 1+ years at Datarails in a customer-facing role.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities with a focus on team growth.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage several implementation projects and deadlines.
• Deep understanding of Datarails products, processes, and customer base.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Development: hire, train, coach, and mentor implementation CSMs; conduct reviews.
• Project Management: oversee multiple implementation projects, timelines, and scoped hours.
• Customer Engagement: act as escalation point, provide status updates, manage a small customer portfolio.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with sales, product, and live teams to improve the customer journey.
