Jobgether partners with a fast-growing AI-powered fintech to recruit a Customer Success Team Lead (Implementation) based in the United States. You will lead and develop a team of Implementation CS Managers, ensuring smooth onboarding and successful platform deployments.

You will oversee multiple implementations, balance timelines and budgets, collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and CS, and drive continuous improvement of processes to deliver measurable customer value and long-term

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in customer success, implementation, or project management.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong customer relationship management and escalation handling.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects with limited resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Customer Success Managers.
• Oversee multiple customer implementations, ensure plans, timelines, resources align.
• Serve as escalation point for complex implementation challenges and maintain customer relationships.
• Identify risks, delays, and resource constraints; escalate and collaborate on solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and CS to ensure smooth handoffs and end-to-end journey.
• Continuously improve implementation playbooks, docs, and workflows.
• Share customer insights and product feedback to inform pre-sales and scoping.
