Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementations/solutions engineering for B2B SaaS
• Experience in fintech/regtech or banking is highly desirable
• Strong API, data integration, and data quality skills
• Ability to translate fraud/compliance requirements into detection rules

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff to go-live
• Design and map data integrations with real-time and batch data
• Configure fraud, AML, and CRR workflows and AI agent pipelines
• Validate production data quality and resolve integration issues
• Educate and enable customer teams for independent operation
