Jobgether is seeking an Implementation Project Lead based in the United States to oversee multiple client implementations for a digital health platform serving hospitals and health systems nationwide. You will drive timelines, coordinate dependencies, mentor an Implementation Associate, and collaborate across clinical, product, and technical teams, including integrations.

You will deliver tailored training for surgeons and staff, manage client relationships, and strive for scalable processes

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience implementing SaaS platforms or health tech solutions.
• Experience managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Monday.com and maintaining clear project plans.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of concurrent implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
• Lead client meetings and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with clinical, product, and technical teams on integrations.
• Deliver training sessions to surgeons, clinicians, and staff.
• Streamline workflows and automate routine tasks to improve delivery.
• Improve playbooks, templates, and operating procedures.
• Mentor the Implementation Associate to establish standards.
