Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a bilingual Implementation Specialist (Spanish) to drive onboarding and adoption of our cybersecurity SaaS products for B2B customers. This role collaborates with customers and the Implementation Manager to tailor solutions to their needs and deliver a seamless deployment experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in SaaS support/implementation, is fluent in Spanish and English, and can lead external customer engagements while coordinating with cross-functional

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive SaaS support/implementation experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written.
• Experience with Salesforce and common productivity tools.
• SaaS deployment experience with security software preferred.
• Proven ability to lead external customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment of Keeper software for customers, including initial and expansion deployments.
• Tailor solutions to customer needs for a personalized implementation.
• Provide ongoing technical support and proactively manage risks or issues.
• Communicate with Spanish- and English-speaking customers, verbally and in writing.
• Maintain accurate records of configurations and communications.
• Gather feedback and work with product teams to improve usability.
• Manage multiple implementations concurrently to meet deadlines.
• Keep stakeholders informed on project status and progress.
