Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring a Senior Implementation Operations Specialist to identify operational challenges, analyze data, and drive scalable improvements for the Implementation team.

You will work with leadership and cross-functional partners to translate complex needs into clear processes, training, and measurable outcomes. The role blends business analysis, project management, data validation, and training, with focus on efficiency, scalability, and adoption of new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, implementation, project management, or related role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build, analyze, and validate reports.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions.
• Experience managing projects from problem identification through delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and execution across multiple initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional discussions, driving alignment, and managing risks or escalations.
• Experience creating process documentation, training materials, and operational resources.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate data from Salesforce, Tableau, and other sources to identify trends and operational insights.
• Build reports and analyses to support leadership decisions with clear recommendations.
• Identify and manage improvement opportunities from problem identification through delivery.
• Gather requirements, develop solutions, manage risks and dependencies, resolve blockers, and measure outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, and visibility through Jira and other tools.
• Develop understanding ofKeeper’s product suite and implementation processes to find improvements.
