Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring a bilingual Customer Success Manager to grow revenue within named accounts. You will engage with Spanish and/or Portuguese-speaking customers, drive renewals, cross-sells, and ensure customers realize value from Keeper’s cybersecurity solutions.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management, strong executive relationship skills, and experience with Salesforce. This is a remote role with potential hybrid options for local candidates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles.
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese and English.
• Experience selling to Enterprise accounts and C-level executives.
• Familiar with Salesforce platform and software integrations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed renewal and expansion targets within named accounts.
• Drive cross-sells and upsells through built relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain structured cadence with accounts; conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Advise customers on best practices for security and Keeper solutions.
