Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. Experience in software implementation or project management, strong technical and CRM skills, and excellent communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to clients on software functionalities, ensuring they effectively utilize the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues efficiently.
• Document all implementation processes and client interactions accurately for future reference in our CRM system.
• Gather feedback from clients post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and enhance user experience.
• Stay updated on software updates and industry trends to provide clients with the best possible service.
