Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are met.
• Lead deployment kickoff by gathering knowledge from POV teams, including technical stack, success criteria, and timelines.
• Conduct discovery to understand customer goals and align project plans accordingly.
• Guide customers through configuration, integrations, and technical enablement.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact during deployment, managing status updates, risks, and escalations.

About the Role

You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding. This role is key to setting customers up for long-term success through thoughtful planning, technical expertise, and project excellence.

You will own the transition from proof of value (POV) to deployment, ensuring knowledge transfer of success criteria, technical environments, and timelines. You'll consult on best practices, identify risks early, and guide customers through a smooth, scalable implementation of the Abnormal Security platform.
