Job summary

Keeper Security in the United States is seeking a Senior Implementation Operations Specialist to optimize the Implementation org. This role will analyze data, drive process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions across customer implementations.

You will manage projects from problem identification through delivery, build clear documentation, and train teams on new processes and tools, while maintaining stakeholder communications in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, implementation, project management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate needs into requirements.
• Experience using Salesforce and Tableau for data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate data from Salesforce, Tableau, and other sources to identify trends and insights.
• Build reports and analyses to support leadership decision-making with clear recommendations.
• Identify and manage operational improvement opportunities from identification to delivery.
• Gather requirements, develop solutions, manage risks, and measure outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates using Jira and other tools.
• Develop understanding of Keeper’s product suite and implementation processes to identify improvements.
• Design scalable solutions involving tools, automation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Define requirements with stakeholders and validate delivered solutions meet needs.
• Create documentation and training materials to promote consistent execution.
• Design and deliver training for new processes and tools, including adoption follow-up.
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership; escalate risks as needed.
• Participate in special projects to continuously improve efficiency and results.
