Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Implementation Project Manager Ops to coordinate projects on time and within budget in a fully remote role across the U.S. You will lead planning, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful implementations.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, stakeholder communication, and adherence to budget constraints while supporting Paylocity’s core values and customer-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years' People and/or Project Leadership Experience.
• Minimum one year Implementation or Project Management experience.
• Experience with large teams on deadline-driven projects.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task.
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in a customer-service focused environment.
• <10% travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables for specific projects.
• Develops detailed project plans and manages implementation processes, including resources and change control.
• Coordinates complex initiatives from initiation to completion.
• Develops and communicates project milestones and progress; maintains documentation.
• Coordinates meetings and prepares meeting materials; tracks action items.
• Identifies and mitigates project risks; creates contingency plans.
